MTECPRO s.r.o. has been created in 2009 as a continuation of activities under a business license since 1996. Main activities of the company are focused on technological development of project documentation in particular production processes in industry. Documents are intended for different levels of approval procedures. It focuses in particular on the operation of the use of dangerous substances (paint shops, mills polyurethane products, storage of combustibles, etc.). The additional activities are offered activities necessary for the approval procedure under the requirements of legal regulations, technical standards and European directives.
When processing design documents are used by long experience of practice in ZTS UTAR (Institute of technology and streamlining business factories for heavy engineering) and KOVOPROJEKT in Bratislava.
The combinations of offered works:
- preparation of preliminary design work on the implementation of the NC for high technology production machinery, robotic workstations, storage and management of production processes in ZTS UTAR,
- preparation of standard production processes of projects in various stages in KOVOPROJEKT, possible to obtain a comprehensive view of project activities which enable a smooth transition to provide services mainly for foreign clients coming to Slovakia.
Project works in the technological part are compiled in close collaboration with the architectural and design offices to ensure processing of the construction part of project documentation.
Technological part of the project documentation includes:
- Description of the production process
- Specify requirements for connection of energy
- Analysis of waste ekonomy with an indication of the manner of waste
- Analysis of the impact on the environment (service requirements for assessment, the impact
- on air, soil and groundwater, wastewater specification)
- Assess the impact of Hygiene (plant with chemical agents, noise, lighting)
- Assess the impact of the production process for occupational safety of workers
- Assess of production process for safety of machines and equipments
- Establish an environment in production areas, warehouses and auxiliary plant
For the duration of action MTECPRO technological projects have been elaborated for a wide range of mainly forein firms operating in crucially in Western Slovakia. These include global firms producing components for the car industry (DELPHI, HELLA, ARVIN MERITOR, INALFA, ...) or companies with own production program (Unomedical, Giesecke & Devrient, VELUX,...) active in other industrial parts. Part of design capacities is given to projects of technical equipment in car services. MTECPRO realized wors for MB, Porsche Inter Auto, VW, AUDI, MAN, Scania, Renault and many other clients. Project documentation of the approval procedure successfully passed and implemented production processes have been successfully put into use.
